Installed an IVR to access data from a database and present the information to

Coded script files (dos/windows, Perl) for the existing version control system
and evaluated prospective systems; selected a version control system capable
of supporting the companys needs. Analyzed bug reports and programmed fixes
to FoxPro code. Programmed other tools in C++.

Designed hardware interfaces to facilitate software-controlled testing of the
submodules of a fiber optic distribution system (C++, Pascal); coded the
software, wrote test procedures, and assisted in designing the hardware
platform for testing the fiber optic modules.

Created accounts for new users. Performed regularly scheduled backups of
mainframe data. Provided users with assistance in resolving issues. This
was a VAX environment. Developed and modified scripts to streamline and

Designed hardware interfaces to enable software testing of a PBXs sub-modules
coded the software to test the sub-modules. This was done in Borlands Pascal.
