Being semi-retired gives me, I think gives me several advantages. One I can work at a lower rate then any large company can. I have very low overhead.
For example, say you do a large number of proposals. Each of these proposals is created by cutting and pasting from a previous proposal. You go into your Word do a find and replace on 20 to 50 items. Then you cut out 10 sections of the document that do not apply to this proposal. Then you read the whole thing to make sure you didn’t forget something.
Our way you open a word document. A form appears, you then fill in all the information to go into this proposal. You also check the sections you wish to include in the document. Then you press the DoIt button. The document is then created. The form can be created such that it will not assemble if information is missing.
